To the particpants of the Second Continental Summit of Indigenous Pueblos and Nationalities of Abya Yala (the Americas).

We are cordially soliciting if possible from all those interested in participating in the acts to come, to please bring the following:

1. For the SPIRITUAL CEREMONIES to be realized in the Special Act of Inauguration and in other days, we need you to bring: varities of seeds and medicial plants. If among the delegates comes a Yachac (very wise one), it would be important to share the wisdom of our grandparents of Abya Yala.

2. For the INTERCULTURAL ACTIONS, if among the delegates possibly arrive artists, dancers, musicians, or others it would be very important to share their intercultral richness.

3. At the last minute within the organizing committee and at the request of the communications committee, the theme of Communication and Indigenous Pueblos has been accepted, as a working group and debate in the Second Summit, to cover all the information within the event; for this very reason we are soliciting if possible among the delegates who arrive as communicators of the Indigenous Pueblos to bring Communication Products such as: videos, radio programs, photos, and the like to share and exchange experiences.

4. To each delegate we cordially solicit that you wear your traditional clothing and whatever Andean Symbol such as: flags or wipalas, sacred staff, symbols which identify your organization or institution, posters and/or other materials which serve to decorate and express the cultural diversity of our Pueblos, in the Second Summit and the Social Forum of the Americas.

5. The Communications Committee asks the representatives of the organizations of the Brother Pueblos, that the principal director or head of the delegation bring or possibly send in advance, a curriculum with a list of participants including the complete name of the organization which they arrive representing, whether it be national, regional, or local; with the end of facilitating contacts and interviews with the principal medias of communication and for the organizers to be able to coordinate better.

6. Please remember, it's always important in these events for those who participate, if possible to bring: photographic camera, video camera, all types of materials to exchange with other Pueblos, personal identification, and cultural symbols among other things.
